Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 24 hours or more before departure — Full refund (100%) of the ticket price
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure — Non-refundable
  • No-show — Non-refundable (100% charge applies)

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference number. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time to qualify for a full refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Departure times are subject to change due to weather or sea conditions. In the event of a cancellation by the operator due to weather, a full refund will be issued.
  • Zest Go reserves the right to modify departure schedules in cases of force majeure, extreme weather, or safety concerns.
  • Tickets are non-transferable to other passengers or departure dates unless agreed in writing.
