General Questions

What is an e-ticket and how does it work?

An e-ticket is a digital booking confirmation sent to your email after payment. Simply show the QR code or booking reference at the pier — no printing required.

How quickly will I receive my e-ticket?

Your e-ticket is sent to your email within 5–15 minutes after your booking is confirmed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I book on the same day of travel?

Same-day bookings are available subject to seat availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred departure time.

Booking & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods available at checkout.

Can I change my travel date after booking?

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before departure. Please contact us via LINE or email to request a change.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.

Ferry & Speedboat Transfers

How much luggage can I bring on the ferry or speedboat?

There is no luggage limit for ferry and speedboat transfers — you are welcome to bring as much luggage as you need.

What about luggage on bus transfers?

For bus transfers, each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage (up to 20 kg) and one carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage may incur additional fees.

What happens if the boat is cancelled due to weather?

In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Is there a pickup service included?

Some routes include hotel pickup. Please check the product page for your specific route to see if pickup is available and to select your pickup location.

Island Tours & Day Trips

What is included in a day tour package?

Inclusions vary by tour. Each product page lists exactly what is included — typically transfers, a guide, snorkeling equipment, and lunch. Please review before booking.

Are tours suitable for children?

Most tours are family-friendly. Child pricing is available for children aged 3–11. Infants under 3 are typically free. Please check the specific tour for age restrictions.
